Soldiers: Heroes of World War II WORKS with Windows 7

The solution is very simple.
Start the soldier.exe with compatible mode:
Windows 2000
works perfect! (instead of XP SP2 or SP3 mode)

Because if you start without you get the "Error Program will be terminated" Message:

With compatible Mode: Windows 2000 you get this:

I get a Steam error that says "Game is unavailable (application running)". yet, their is no process running = I am monitoring them.
