where do i find the CD key?

it says i need a CD key and that ill find it in the box but the problem is i bought off steam! how do i find the CD key code?

right click the game in steam library it should say view game cd key

Thread may be old but I just encountered an issue where upon a reinstall game didn't remember the cd-key automatically. However it is stored under the HKEY_LOCAL_USER\Software\Valve\TestApp21910\ in registry. You can locate and enter then enter to launcher to proceed.

I have the same problem, but when i found my key in register and pasted into launcher it says that cd-key is invalid!! What I need to do next?

A friend and I just bought WiC Complete, and are having the same problem. Any ideas?

I've got the same issue. Ubisoft support says to contact Steam support, but Steam hasn't responded for almost a week. Anyone have any luck sorting this out?

Steam support finally got back to me... except their answer was about how to access the original campaign mode in Soviet Assault.
