error message settler 7

Hi, i bought settlers 7 gold edition on steam ans installed it.. i played right after a couple hours but the day after, a message appeared : There was a probleme starting your game. Make sure you have no other games running that use Ubisoft Game Launcher. If this probleme persist try reinstalling the game.
So.. i have no other game running.. i reinstalled it twice.. and the same message always appear.. help?!

Check your task manager, maybe a settlers related file is still running in the background?

There are alot of issues starting this game (most have uplay to blame) Yours is new to me so I can't offer much help, sorry...
