xaudio2_1.dll error Here is the FIX

If like me you have an Asus Xonar D2X sound card in your PC you need to do the following otherwise SHH will not run at all.

1: Go to Control Panel/Sound

2: Find the Playback Devices tab & disable the Asus Xonar D2X Converter.

Now the game will launch & work ok. This seems to happen with the most recent Xonar drivers released in June 2011 just tested my game & found this issue. Took me some time to find the solution so thought I would post here to help others who may get the same or a similar issue as its pretty obscure.

Bumping this incase anyone needs to know as it fixes a failure to launch error if you have an Asus soundcard. Be aware this game sounds best with a Dolby Digital LIVE soundcard which can do realtime Dolby Digital downmixing/decoding!
