Cannot move save data

So I'm trying to move my Driver:SF save data from one computer to the another (both Win 7 64) but it doesn't seem to work. Any ideas? I've tried the following locations:

D:\Users\Public\Documents\Ubisoft\Driver San Francisco\<username>\savegames\autosave.dat

D:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegame_storage\am9obm55d3V0YW5n\4

btw I have an SSD drive but also have an HDD drive. I utilize theSteamTool Library Manager which works great for conserving HD space (also why these files are on D: not C. I don't assume it's a variable that is affecting but want to be sure. Also - I did try moving the games to both C: and D:.

Also I have multiple Ubisoft Steam games and I wouldn't mind getting the saved data for them as well.

Found it.

\Users\<username>\Documents\driver san francisco content.ncf

I'm glad there's another exception to the rule. sigh.
