Server screwed? Can't download game

Keep getting "No Steam content servers are currently configured to deliver content for this game. This will be corrected soon. Please Try again in a few minutes"? been about an hour or so since i bought.

didn't work for me. when i launch steam the updater starts but doesn't progress. then it says "steam is currently unavailable" then closes.

I had this problem a while back, and found my Windows firewall was at fault. I had to remove the entry in my firewall settings so it would ask me again if I wanted to allow Steam. Not as bad as McAfee on my laptop - that blocked Google Chrome. What kind of firewall blocks Chrome!?
