[Suggestion] Don't pair with ignored players

There was this guy that really annoyed me so I ignored him. Today I am paired with him again (both times 3vE), and although the match was much better due to not having to read his "you noob" blahblubb I would have preferred to not be paired with him again. :-)

Coming to the point now (level 17/18) where my Balak really starts to rule, anyway: +1 percent critical hit damage per critical hit chance.

I like it. Some people queue-dodge (don't click the 'ready' button in time) to avoid being teamed with certain people, and this change would eliminate the need to do that.
