Space Empires V Problems

So I can play Space Empires IV fine but when I try to play Space Empire V it says "Game is unavailable right now come back some other time" Or something so I did and I keeped uninstalling and re installing and for some reason it does not work. I have tried it before for about 5 minutes but I logged out of the game to see if I could re log onto the game succesfully. I don't know why but SEV does not work for me and I would like to know how can I fix it.

I had the same problem.
Check out the entries on missing Steam.dll. That will most likely be also your problem and there is a good guideline how to do it in these posts. (At least creating a link to the Steam.dll file in the SE5 directory worked for me.)
