Is DMC3 the same infamous pc port or has it been fixed?

Playstation 2 version is locked at 60fps.

PC version can't manage that and has constant framerate problems due to poor coding, it doesn't matter if you are running it on even a supercomputer.

Only way to fix it is to delete the music files.
