Shadows - is there a way to disable all?

I use ultra low settings to get some serious playble fps and it´s ok for me playin with these setting, but the shadows look like sh*t now.

Is there a command to disable all off them?
or at least to make them static, so that they will not move any more?

You can enable lightmaps, but they actually look significantly worse. I think the option is called prebaked dynamic lights.

that didn´t work for me.

Is there no way too turn them completly off?

Check "No dynamic lighting" in GPU Speed settings.
