So far so good... but any luck getting Mouse4 and 5 to work?

I am enjoying the everloving crap out of this game! But I would enjoy it even more if I could use Mouse4 and Mouse5 with it, without having to key-map them beforehand. Anyone figure out how to get these mapped right? Is there a life I can just manually edit?

The game itself is wonky with the keys but I just keep an Auto Hot Key open that takes action when the game is on to map mouse 4 and 5 to another key.

I know its another step but AHK is a great tool for it.
