Red face I tried really hard to like this game...

I might have even defended it. But after 14 hours in and passing 8 levels I can no longer stand the AI of my troops I need to be on 2+ fronts and facing constant spawns of enemy on both sides. Unless I baby sit troops they will die. They will not fire back. I cannot whip back and forth enough to move up make sure the other flank doesn't get overrun. This is even on easy.

Unless you start out the levels just right you will get to a stalemate. Since you have one save, the only option is to restart. Not fun. I am this close to delete this game even though I just have few levels left.

Unfortunately the only response you got wasn't constructive and I don't think too many people drop by this sub-forum anymore.. My two cents is it wasn't my cup of tea. I liked the art style as it reminded me of a PS1-2'ish game which made me feel a bit of nostalgia but that was it. It might get better as you go on later but I only got 3-4 hours in. When it comes to games I don't like I try to give them a few hours of my time considering I spent money on it but I agree the whole save system is pretty.. Lame.
