Cossacks back to war multiplayer issue

Hey all, I just bought the game however when I tryed playing multiplayer it said that there was "no direct connection established with "player name"". I though it might have been my firewall but i turnt it off and rejoined and still nothing, because of this I cant ready and therefore no one can play. If anyone has any solutions please do help.
