It's being developed by Obsidian and distributed by THQ. There's supposed to be a PC version, but there's no word yet on how exactly that will be distributed.

Good news, ever... no wait, that's another show. Anyway, The Stick of Truth is the name and March 5th 2013 is the date: http://store.steampowered.com/app/21...r=1_4_4__105_3

There's also a trailer somewhere, showed in the last E3.
