I'm not sure. I would buy the dlcs for my brother-in-law who already have the game, but not the dlcs. This is stopping me from doing so.
why aren't the dlc "survival kit" 66% off as well?

If you don't have the game you can get the Sanctum Collection at 66% off that includes all the DLC plus game!
If you have the game i see your point u just want the DLC. I don't know if you can but the Sanctum Collection just for the DLC and add it to your game list?? |

Almost all DLC penalizes those that buy a game at release. It's sad because it extorts your most loyal fans while rewarding those that simply wait for a gold edition or a good sale price on the package.

Unfortunately Steam only allows ONE "title" to be put on sale on the daily deals. DLC is counted as a title, while a complete pack is surprisingly not. Don't blame Coffee Stain for this, it's happened on previous deals too.

Thats horrible. Buying 2 Sanctum Collections is still cheaper than buying all the DLC....
And ya Samuel, no hate for coffee stain, just gotta wonder why steam wouldn't try to make an exception for the "title" rule on situations like this. They'll lose money with the collection pack being like this and the dlc not on sale. Annoying for customers and bad for business. Oh well, at least Steam usually gets it right... |

I own the game, but there are alot of DLC with a poor content that doesn't worth the full price (I've got the DLC released with the Indie Royale, all the weapons DLC).

I'm guesisng if there was some DLC pack, then it would of worked.
I'm not sure I want to be encouraging this kind of practice by buying the collection just to get the discounted DLC. Which is a shame. |

That is not true at all. Every time a game that goes on Daily Deal has DLCs, they are often also on sale. The last one that did was Victoria 2; it had 3 dlcs, 2 were on sale while 1 was a new release (and thus still full priced).
