Achievement Bug

So my internet was down for a bit and I played the game offline for a tad and it appears that all the achievements I 'got' while offline were removed once I loaded Steam up again in online mode. I really don't want to have to restart the whole game again to get these. I was able to retrigger some by simply doing them again but the 2 Golden Guns seems bugged, I just got the achievement for getting -all- the golden guns but don't have the one for unlocking 2. The Red Light District one also seems to be stuck. I've tried redoing the stage, teleporting to it from the secrets menu but nothing seems to retrigger it.

Alright, as these are the only two achievements I have 'left' and I'd like to get credit for them, should I start the game over (would that even cause them to trigger?) or am I screwed unless a dev steps in?

I think a developer has to help you with this, or at least with the 2 golden guns one. The Red Light District thing might work if you start again, but I really don't know.

Are the two Achievements not triggered in Steam and in the game? Or are they triggered in one place and not the other?
Triggering things offline then going back online should work fine.

Sorry I wasn't more clear. They initially showed up in-game but not on Steam. I thought this was normal for offline mode, I never really play offline that often. Later, when I loaded the game up normally my save file was as it was but the achievements were gone in-game. I was able to simply do some again like beating the game and killing a space flea but the two I mentioned above seem stuck.

I don't think it'd take long to get up to the parts to trigger them again if I started over (if that would work) but I don't really want to erase my progress now that I've gotten 100% for the game and then find out they still won't trigger. Are the save files contained in the serioussamdd\content\data folder? If so, would backing that folder up and restarting (to test retriggering them) work to prevent me having to do everything again?

Hmmm.. that is strange. It could be a bug in a particular Achievement then.

Yes, that would work. You can back up your save files. They should be located here:
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\SSDD
Fill in <USERNAME> with your profile name on your computer. The SSDD folder is the complete save folder.

Renaming the folder will cause the game to think you've never played before, and will let you restart (and it will start a whole new SSDD folder at that point).

Obviously you can restart from within the game, but if you do that, it will actually wipe data in that folder (since you're starting a new game at that point, and it warns you that you'll be wiping progress).

Yeah, renaming the folder and running through the game got them both. Didn't really want to but I guess it was a good excuse to run through the game again and I didn't lose my progress. Thanks for your help.
