I can see only black screen......

after install arcania gothic 4 and click play..

BBa bam BBa ba ba bam~~~~ i can hear that music and mouse cursor

but i cant see anything...

when install to another computer.. i can see loading screen and

listening music. but loading is unfinished.

so i can t play gothic 4 after i baught that game.... T.T

Is there no one know soultion about this problem?

I want to play this game need help!


ps: i reinstalled game about 3 time per one computer (total 6)

so i think it cannot be solution.. T.T

ps2: If you know 'how can contact to gothic4 's developer' plz

teach me .
