Stranger's Wrath Graphical Issues everywhere..

Hello, i purchased Stranger's Wrath.

My PC is

Amd x3 435 2.9ghz
4GB Ram DDR3
Ati 5670 512MB

I have really big problems.
First of all, framerate is really bad, it should be more than 60 but with luck i have more than 30.

The textures and graphics look like bugged or crappy.

For example, the foliage is like cubic, the water has lot of points and pixels,, some textures look really awful, the model has like some sort of pixeled glow when i'm underwater, and well, i really enjoyed the game but i realised it was unplayable for me
