Hoping to see HL3 this year, so that it could be considered as the new standard in gaming.

I think there should be at least 4 weeks between events, with plenty of warning that it is going to happen so we can get more people involved and pre-warned.

Maybe a marathon HL2EP1 next?

What's about this idea:
An event called "Raising the bar" - we all take a screenshot from HL2 (Episodes) which shows Gordon Freemans crowbar in action.
These pictures will then be mailed to Valve at the same day, ort, if you thinkt that is too agressive, posted in a Blog or a similar thing.

That sounds great. Maybe a screenshot through our Steam community pages and linked to a thread on the SPUF.

I support this. And making it a contest in the sense that the fastest to finish Episode One will be the group's awesomest member.

Great idea indeed. But how would it be organized ? I don't think there is a way to do it =/

Excellent thread. Instead of working on another pointless installment to the Counter-Strike series, I would much rather prefer Episode 3.

Operation Crowbar got a reply by a Valve employee within a day. I'm very interested in seeing what happens with this quite different and non-invasive initiative.
