Yep, still doesn't work invite system. So, is there any workaround, or how to join to the game without INVITE?

And today Borderlands, why this not? Are you sure it's steam problem? |

Since its affecting such a wide range of games and the fact that it started with thursdays steam update, I'm sure its a steam problem.
Borderlands co-op goes through gamespy and has always been spotty at best, if you keep inviting theres a small chance it'll go through (talking about borderlands here). |

A good work around is to update the Steam client to the new beta avaible.
It worked for me. |

Confirmed, the new steam beta fixes friend invites. The (steam) browser issues are supposed to be fixed in mondays update.

Issue occurring here as well. It started when steam's servers went goofy the other day.
