mw3 stuttering not lag

hope someone can help, mw3 has started stuttering only on multiplayer never had a problem with it before as soon as the action starts to hot up it almost freeze frames and stutters, tried black ops no probs there at all, tried deleting clientregistry blob and updating still the same, no new hardware, has got me stumped, any help would be greatfully recieved

Specs? are you running it on bootcamp?

Modern Warfare 3 has not been released on Mac. This is the Steam for Mac forum.
Even if you're running MW3 via BootCamp -> Wrong forum.
