Tessallation issue?

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has an issue where if Tessallation is enabled, then the character models have weird ♥♥♥ spikey distortion to them.

Specs:

ASUS G73Jh
6.00 GB of System Memory
4 processor cores
Total HD space 446 GB
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU Q 720 @ 1.60GHz

This looks less like a tessellation issue and more like your GPU frying.

Did turning off tessellation fix it for you?

Yeah, I can turn tessellation off and have no issues, was just wondering if anyone has run into that problem before.
