How come my tombstone titles are always "The Adventurer"?

I see people earning different titles, but I somehow always manage to earn just this one.

How do I earn different ones?

I noticed I always get the Adventurer as well, I think is a bug.

It's based on the skills you take/distribution of stats between warrior rogue and wizard.

Ahh okay. Is there a breakdown somewhere? For instance, I did really well on my last character where he was mostly a mage. I always do random skills and he had like 8-9 pegs for mage, 3 for warrior, and 0-1 for rogue before he died. I still earned Adventurer.
