Excess games in my library

Hi. Some time ago I saw that in my library, I had 2 games that I didn't own: Half Life 2 and Counter Strike: Source. However, the games had "buy" button instead of "instal/play", so I thought it was only a recomendation from Steam. Then I went to my download manager and saw that the download of both games is suspended and almost complete, also resuming Half Life 2 download was possible. Recently Counter Strike: Source dissapeared from download manager, but not from my library. Is this Steam being generous or is this some kind of bug?
