Changing suit with XBOX controller?

Anyone know how is done? I cannot find the combination

It was shown on the first stage on the wall as a sign.

To change suit you have to hold down both analog sticks at the same time.

There's no need to time it by pushing them at the same time, you can push down one and hold it down and then push down the other.
