You can always look into emulation, if you have the resources. But only the games that you own, cause than it's not piracy.

Maybe you should give Touhou games a try. They are not in Steam, though.

Thats why you'll most likely won't find, for example, a Playstation 2 emulator being officially released including the different BIOS versions. Those you have to get/backup yourself. |

I guess Blade Kitten and X-blades are the only two available on Steam that spring to mind. Or are you looking for games based solely on anime?
