I find it strange how -6 hp/sec for the heavy is too little yet + 6hp/sec seems so overpowered.
If we're going to go this way to rebalance GRU then I guess we could toss in some slower weapon switch so the heavy has to remain nearly immobile and when ambushed, will most likely die.

The thing is, health drain is neglected by healthpacks and stuff, and GRU provides a gianormous upside.

However, health regen is always more potent than health drain. I mean, we shudder whenever we look at a 24DPS weapon, but when we look at the medigun, we all agree the 24HPS is very very useful. Same thing applies to this.

Yeah I like this idea because I have always wanted to use the sandvich and the shotty together.

With this you can sorta kinda have that, however I think it might need to be even more HP per second.

it's negligible as a downside because it's controllable. the numbers are not wrong, it is the fact that they can be negated through jump-switching
