Haha, yeah. I use that as my desktop background sometimes. Just pray it doesn't make it into the game!

Jesus thank you so much for this. If one could delete all weapons in the game it would bring the old feeling back.

Anyone else remember when Robin said they were going to make the option official way back when hats came out, then again when unusuals happened. Yeah me too, good old robin and his lies. Anyway thanks again Tricky <3

I don't recall Robin saying anything of the sort when hats came out. The only official statement(that I recall, at least) on a cvar for cosmetics came in the form of an email from Robin, a good amount of time after unusuals were implemented.

While they still haven't done anything about it, I'm mostly fine with it as long as they don't break Tricky's method of disabling them.

Sorry for the bump but does this give a noticeable performance increase? I've been dying to play tf2 with reasonable performance yet it still drops to 30-50 fps on pubs which really bothers me.

It might if your graphics card is the bottleneck, holding your cpu back. It wouldn't hurt to use it anyway.
You should check out this thread for tips and other downloads for increasing performance.
