Crysis 2 video unlocks stutter

That is, the game runs perfectly, but in the unlocks section when I select a video it stutters like every 5 seconds. The only change in my system before I got into this issue that I can think of is that I updated to latest nVidia drivers. Am I the only one getting this? (the game works fine as usual, it's just the videos)
