how do i get the steam profile button under my forum name?

I have seen several steam forum users with a steam profile link under their name as when they post in the forums.

right under their name and stars.

i dug around in the user cp and have not figured out yet how to accomplish this.

so how do i get a steam profile button that links to my steam profile to appear under my name on the upper left and part of my post?
