Added.
It was in the Subversion but I forgot to add the package to the server.

Included Coach's waypoints nav files in the package. (Thanks Coach)

No problems, glad to be able to help.

Still trying to get around to add a few more when I have the time.

Mostly.
They work.
But they're nowhere as good as VALVe's.

Thx Strontium!!

When you say "no where as good as Valve's" you are referring to the CS bots right, or do they now have working DODS bots as well?

There is no sign of VALVe adding bots to the game other than the default, dumb as a post bots that we already have.

This mod takes those default bots and makes them move, shoot (somewhat accurately) and cap flags. They follow waypoints (a set of points that navigate them around the map), rather than using navigation meshes that VALVe employs in its CSS/TF2 and L4D/2 bots.
Nav meshes require a better programming language than SM.

I guess you could say they are similar to the Shrikebots from the old DoD1.3

Hey Dog
Using bots to test my HUD files now, very handy.
One question, is it possible to get the server numbers to 32?

This is just me and a server, another pc, on the local lan. I know for a real server it will be too much, this is for testing hud files.

edit: SORRY DOG!
I was my server settings, I thought you limited it via the plugin...was my error on my command line ...got max bots now

Actually Dog during my HUD testing 32 on my srcds local lan server it runs flawlessly, gigabyte lan.
But it is just me on it...damn those guys can shoot, worse than the SAW server and playing with Coach.

Good practice, recommend anyone who has an old PC, place it on the lan, install the bots.
Thanks for making them, saved me heaps of effort in the scoreboards, testing was a breeze.
I wonder if the bots can have avatars like the css ones?

I think after I do this HUD I may do some waypointing, I have a few fun maps I made that no one has, Jetpack, speedhacks, god mode, unlimited ammo... all the things you are not allowed to do, the bots don't seem to mind unfair play

I have it running with 24 bots easily.

The waypointing just takes time INsane. I keep meaning to get back & do a few more but it just drops down the list I am afraid.
