Dear Esther is shutting my computer off every time

Hi,

I bought Dear Esther a few days ago. Every time I run it, I can begin playing the first chapter, but within 1-5 minutes my computer turns completely off. No other game does anything like this. I can run Skyrim at all the highest settings, so I don't think it's my computer that's the problem.

I have searched the forums and tried everything everyone has suggested, which was just to make sure all my updates and drivers are current, which they are, but the problem keeps occurring. Even on all the lowest possible video settings Dear Esther still shuts my computer down every time.

I am running a Samung RC512 i7 4-core laptop that maxes out at 2.9Ghz, with a NVidia GeForce GT 525M 1GB graphics card, 8MB Ram, Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.
