how to know that I did all ?

Is there a some sort of program or a way to know exactly how many quests are left in the game for me to do? I did about 150 quests but every here and there I find another one that I missed.

Never really saw Oblivion as a completionist 100% type game, especially given the varying themes of the quests and the overall boring generic dungeon crawl/fetch tedium in most quests. Anyway, here's a list of everything:

Also I believe there's a console commands that may show/complete all quests.
