Assertion failed / Multiplayer error

This error message pops every time I try to refresh server page,
I have tried to fix this, but none of them has worked out.

For example executing this game as admin gives me error saying cant find steam.

I have even tried to enable this JIT what the first error asks for,
But it seems there is no way to enable this JIT.

Umm. You minimize and click "ignore" like a hundred times and it will eventually load.
Sucks, I know but I do it every time.
You get used to it! Kind of..

6. Now you have to go to the properties from Tqit.exe
Use the compatible mode for Windows XP SP3
And enable the field "Start as Administrator"

This will fix the refresh server list crash

7. Open the properties of your Steam.exe
And also enable the field "Start as Administrator"

This will fix the "Failed to Find Steam" bug

Let me know if this helped you and you may should read my whole post, because to give Steam.exe Admin-Rights could cause problems.
