The Stardock forums currently have the most extensive sets of links, articles and help for Sin's modding.

If you have a mod creating question or want a quick start for links to existing guides, tutorials, files and tools you can check the links on the "Modder's Get An Answer" thread there along with preview information on the upcoming Steam release of Rebellion which begins its public beta in March.

All Rebellion pre-order customers will be included in the public beta which will be available as a SteamWorks game.
