It's not bad by any means, but for that price I'd recommend a Sandy Bridge build.

Also building your own is a much better way to spend your money if you have the ability or desire to learn how.

Way too expensive for that build, especially since it likely has a horrible PSU (Power Supply Unit) as well. The 550Ti is scraping the bottom when it comes to entry level gaming GPUs. I suggest you post your budget and build your own. There are plenty of folks around here to help you put together the best build for your money, and assembling it is as easy as LEGOs, really.

It's not great the iBUYPOWER listed above is cheaper and over all better, I would hardly call the 550Ti a gaming card then there's that 12G of ram odd indeed, The iBUYPOWER has it'd quirk's too the generic PSU and only 2 memory slots both in use..

Id go cavemans direction but Id go direct http://www.ibuypower.com/ and see what you can put together if you can't build.. POST back what you have selected and we can look over it for small tweak's

Figure out how much you want to spend, and add a mouse, keyboard, windows and a monitor: http://techreport.com/articles.x/22513/1
