Is This A Glitch?

In the Quests, the ones where you sell your horse, I never have gotten a green check mark on those pages. I was thinking maybe it's because you can still sell horses, but the other quests you can redo, also, and they get check marks. Is this just my game?

I've also noticed that each Sell Your Horse quest page has a description, but since I'm only as far as having three level 5 horses, I haven't figured out if selling a specific horse gives you the check mark.
