Bright menu ?

Anyone elses game now have a really bright main menu ?

check your gfx card settings for contrast and brightness.

It seems that you brightness is at 1.6 in option/graphics or something like that. The original value, wich is the one on the second picture, it's 2.2.

If you installed an CFG, probably an autoexec file, it must be changing the value all the time.
