Rayman Origins Demo in my list suddenly

Just go to the Rayman Origins store page and install the demo again. It will appear back on your library list and you won't have to download the files again (Steam will verify them) so you should be able to remove it after that.

They've fixed it, it was in my list again and I've been able to uninstall it.
