how do you appeal a vac ban?

You can't "appeal" a VAC ban. They're permanent.

I've played the game forever, I used a hack for an hour (bunnyhop hack) and it sucked so I stopped using it. 3-4 days later I'm banned and can't play anymore.

You cheated, VAC detected it, and you were banned.

Since you basically admitted to cheating, even if VAC bans could be appealed, why should you get special dispensation?

If you need to play TF2, you can just as easily create a new account and keep playing since TF2 is F2P now.

Once I got to "I Used a Hack" Line, That's the end of It.

You CAN'T Appeal a Ban No Matter HOW "Unfair" You Think It Is.
You could Hack for 1 SECOND, and you will STILL get banned.

(Applies To Non-F2P Games)
If you Want to Play the VAC Game Online Again, You would have to Make a NEW Steam Account, Re-Buy the game, and Next Time DON'T HACK.

Since It's TF2, you could just make a New Account, But You Will NOT Get Any of your Items Back.

You cheated, you got caught, now accept the punishment. You agreed to this rule when you created your account and accepted the Steam Subscriber Agreement (aka EULA).

You can appeal a VAC Ban by talking to Steam Support. However, they will only unban an account if they are absolutely certain that hacks/cheats were not used (So, for instance, if VAC has detected something that wasn't a cheat).

In this such case, the OP has admitted to using a cheat - a bunnyhop cheat. A cheat is a cheat and no matter how long it was used for the account will not be unbanned.

Also it's Very fair in legit players eyes.

Tbh I hope more ppl get caught,mostly in mw 3 tbh.
