Good mod idea?
Well, i was playing skyrim and noticed a lack of argonians, so i thought"i should make more!" It wouldnt add NEW NPCs, just change the race of existing ones

Altering the base references of anything in the CK will lead to major compatibility issues. Generally, the last thing you ever want to do is edit the base of anything already in the game unless you plan on making a major overhaul mod.
Also note, unless you can pull of argonian voices and don't mind re-recording all the many in-game voices, all the new Argonians are going to sound like Nords. For fun it may be a cool project, in reality though you'd be better off making an argonian colony somewhere near the border of Morrowind, or maybe even along the sea? |

Yeah, good idea. And the CK comes with prebuilt voices for all races.
