Mirror's edge out of frequency when i start it

when i start mirror's edge my screen become black and it says that it is out of frequency, i realize that was a resolution problem so i tryed these codes to try to start it in window mode:
-windowed
-window
-sw
-w
-start window
-fullscreen 0
and others to change resolution... nothing changed and still don't run on window mode and got the same problem... and i've already tryed to update my drivers... still nothing...
anyone have idea how to solve the problem?

Go in Documents/EA Games/Mirrors Edge/TdGame/config/TdEngine.ini
Open TdEngine.ini and look for ResX= and ResY=
change those values to something that fits your monitor and save the file.
