Multiplayer Problems

Hi all,

We have only difficulties playing the Clickr Multiplayer.

Everytime we are trying to start a multiplayer game in battle mode, we can't get into the game. It freezes at the multiplayer "starting" screen after hosting or joining the session or the process quits after some "loading" time with a "Disconnect Player" - just to try again loading after clicking ok. The last case results in a loop, where the only option to quit is the Windows Task Manager. Only in very, very rarely cases we can start a game, but this happens only in one case of 50.

This is very frustrating, because we in our household bought both the game to play the game against each other, but there's no chance to do so. After trying it several times and quitting the game via task manager we got the other bug of clickr, that having two instances open of clickr results in a complete reset of the game process. Arg.

Searching this forum, we have seen that several other persons seems to have the same or similar multiplayer problems. Is there a fix to help out? Is there a problem with special network configurations like using a fritz.box router or something similar?

Other infos:
1. We have no Problems accessing the Steam Leaderboard or Steam Achievements ingame.
2. We have reinstalled Steam and the game several times now, no improvement so far.
3. The Steam Agent is running.
4. Beside the mentioned problems, we have no other problems with clickr.
5. We have tested it on several systems, no success.
6. Each System had Windows 7 x64 installed as OS.
7. We are behind a router, but had no problems with other games so far.

Anyone an idea?

I'm up for trying some multiplayer matches as well. Haven't ever tried them before.

MP list is empty

I hope this game will be still supported, because this is really good puzzle title.
I hope the connection issues will be fixed, and maybe they add dedicated server option.
I hope the game will be supported. Don't let this game die.
