AC:R takes forever to sync game saves

Yep, that is the issue. Even if i uncheck it from the Ubi Game launcher, it still tries to sync it.

Annoying to say the least.

Yeah its quite a pain in the rear. It takes about 3 minutes after i exit out of the game for the launcher to finish synching with the saves.

No. The synch feature is through the Ubisoft launcher only.

I really hate that I'm getting punished for supporting their game. I'd force it into online mode but I wanted to play MP.

I don't have the steam version but ever since the 1.03 update I have the same problem. A friend of mine said yesterday that syncing (while launching the game) took him more than 10 minutes

yeah, synching takes waaaay too long compared to pre-1.03. Steam, give Ubi a nudge, poke or prod and tell them to have a look at the synching.

Yesterday I felt like playing some ACR, after starting at the synch-screen for 5 minutes I shut it down and watched a movie instead. GG Ubi..

Same here. I can't believe there isn't an uproar on the Ubisoft forums for this. It takes so long to launch I usually get bored and web-browse while I'm waiting for it to finish syncing!
