A... a wizard did it? Wait -- the pyro is Merasmus!

Nah.

As a medic, I wholeheartedly agree with this. I know you're ideally not supposed to get hit with anything, but if I have 100% uber, I'm not going to let a little bit of Bison spam prevent me from walking up to the sentry nest and popping. Ever since the Pomson came out, I can't be so reckless.

Did this make me a better medic, or did it just give the already most defensive class the one of the best defensive guns in the game?

OP, thanks for the awesome read. +rep/5*

Yes fix them! I died by a stray bison shot because it looks exactly the same as the CM5K, but is not reflectable.

Haha, there have been so many people saying that this thread surprised them by having a well-communicated point. And, astoundingly, nobody yet has said they disagree with the OP! Unless I'm forgetting a reply. Have I accidentally created what should be impossible? A universally-liked thread on SPUF? This may be a sign of the coming apocalypse.

I feel I should disagree, to prevent this apocalypse.

*ahem*

I DISAGREE.

(I don't really, but don't tell SPUF that!)

Ah, thank you. Hopefully, the Internet Argument Gods have been appeased.

I VEHEMENTLY DISAGREE.

Not really. I completely agree on the projectile design issues and the balance on the weapons is really far, far from ideal...

I'd also like it if their kill icons didn't have the stick figure people in them. I'd rather that space be used for a distinct quality weapon icon.

Then what would the Spy's backstab kill icon look like?

Well, the kill icons have never really been consistent in the way you're hoping for. For instance, the stock Minigun's icon only shows the barrel, while the other miniguns show the entire gun.
