XML API, how to change language to Russian?

Hello everyone!

I want to get achievements from

http://steamcommunity.com/id/antokos...evements&xml=1

on russian language, names and descriptions.

If i open

http://steamcommunity.com/id/antokos...ents&l=russian

i see russian names and descriptions
but if in URL i add xml=1

http://steamcommunity.com/id/antokos...=russian&xml=1

all achievements on english.

Any one know how to change language?

Before november 2011, the variable "l" for language worked with a Steam XML file. But, since that date, it doesn't work for all languages...
