Quick Question about Mobile App

Okay here is the situation, I don't like leaving my heavy-duty shiny main computer open when I go out, and there are tons of games that needs to be downloaded(4 Mbit internet, CAN YOU FEEL THE PAIN).

Is it possible to download games like RAGE, Shogun 2, Borderlands(Games you can't play on mobile platforms in short) etc to any kind of mobile device(iPhone, iPad, Android stuff etc) then transfer to my PC?

or shall I simply go and pick a cheap netbook instead?

Edit: Okay that wasn't quick, sorry for misleading title.
