BSOD

I dunno if anyone else is having this issue with this game but since I have started playing my computer has had a BSOD two different separate times while playing. My comp never blue screened before this.

Have you noticed if it is the same thing causing the BSOD? For instance, did they both happen after alt+tabbing?

When you get a BSOD, it tells you the error near the top. Each word separated by an underscore. Next time write that down then google it, or post it here or on the official PC tech help and maybe I or someone can look into it.

You may be ale to find the BSODs by poking around in the Event Viewer. In XP, Control panel/Administrative Tools. In later Windows, I believe you can just type Event Viewer into the search bar in the start menu.

In the meantime check for driver updates, especially for your video card. Make sure you meet the requirements. Try lowering the settings. What are your system specs? What version of Windows?

Also, try search the official tech help forum http://forums.startrekonline.com/forumdisplay.php?f=70 If you dont see anything, try posting a thread there too. Include your system specs and every detail you can think of to save some time.
