Is anyone else having TF2 freezing problems today?

I don't know what it is about today, but today is just not the day for TF2 on my PC. I've been freezing in servers of all types today... My Ping is always around 20, and even today it was still around 20; but I still had freezing problems.

Possible Causes:

1) Vavle messed-up TF2 with another update
2) Microsoft released a new firewall update today, could that be the problem?
3) My internet
4) Servers I was playing on (a server I always play on and two other random servers).
5) Gaben

Actually I've been getting the exact same problems. My ping was in the hundreds on a server I usually get 10 or so on, and I've gotten hl2.exe crashes a few times even though it hasn't done so lately.

It also kept failing to load Scout's skin and I had a bunch of floating hats swarming me. I have a custom skin on him but I also do on Heavy, Medic, and Engineer and they were fine.

Who knows? We fight on.

But it's probably not you, mate.
