Well, if it showed up today then I can imagine it showing up when Steam updates today, which is in 3 hours or sometime after that usually for new games. Gamersgate is EU so they update earlier.

Just a random guess though, might simply have a different release date.

Does that mean i would not be able to play for another 3 hours? Not like i will manage to download it in that time but still...

Happens a fair bit. Such as with Postal 3, Insane 2, being on GG months before Steam and with the Magicka and Saints Row The Third DLC being released on GG hours before Steam.

Only thing is, if they aren't actually deployed on Steam yet for download, you won't actually be able to play them until they are released on Steam (in the case of DLC, that'll break your game until you can actually download it).

So you can activate but cannot download. Or at least i cannot. That doesn't mean some other people couldn't either as steam is steam and behaves weridly. There are achievements and stuff that i can see so for those who are interested in this game.

Sorry, I don't get it. Can I buy with Mastercard on Gamersgate. It only shows this options:
Credit cards via Moneybookers

Credit cards via Paypal

German local payment options

Moneybookers eWallet
Blue Coins

If you click on German local payment options what happen?

In any case, you can create a paypal account and associate your mastercard

You don't need an account with Paypal or Moneybookers. You can pay as a guest via them. Paypal will not so subtly hint that you should use an account, but you can ignore it. Moneybookers is far less annoying about it.
